Vintage wines - Tastings and aperitifs
Owned by the Charrière family since 1970, the cellar at Château de Dully houses some 10,000 bottles. Vintage Bordeaux, Swiss specialities and other discoveries are on offer in the wine list in the restaurant at Dully.
Two large cellars grace this picturesque location where appetizers and tastings can be organized.
Appetizer "à la cave"
A short presentation on winemaking and the region's grape varieties is offered by the owner of the Auberge or our sommelier.
